Early paper covered boards, backed with modern calf. 5 1/2 x 3 3/8 inches (14.5 x 9 cm); without blanks, lacks four text leaves (D2-D5, p. 35-42), retains original title page and separate title for the second part, [12], 208, 32 pp. Early ownership signature to verso of title which is trimmed close, final leaf worn at gutter and nearly detached, without the rear endpaper, incomplete as noted and sold as is. Homes' work denouncing witchcraft and other diabolical arts is rare in commerce (we trace only one copy sold in 1991). This copy contains the second part that may have been issued separately.
