It is superbly factory engraved by Glahn with a vine and floral motif and a punch dot background. It was shipped with factory rubber grips, but Wolf and Klar put their signature mother of pearl bulls head carved grips with red eyes on the gun. The Colt factory order number is No. 12291/1. It is an all nickel gun. None of the screw heads have been molested. It has a single-line address on top of the barrel. ".45 COLT" on the left side of the barrel and the patent dates on the left side of the frame. CONDITION: This gun is in fantastic condition with just a couple of spots that have any nickel loss. The left side of the barrel at the muzzle and the right side of the ejector housing show some slight holster wear. The backstrap has some loss along the edges. Bright and shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves. The engraving is sharp and crisp. The carved grips fit the gun well. There is a very small chip on the heal of the left grip. A great addition to any collection.
