Signed by approx. 70 participants, most in pencil, no the insides of the wrappers and the first printed page. Two copies of a printed leaf: "Hints to Help Those Who Sometimes Forget" - useful if somewhat banal advice aimed at increasing employee moral and productivity. "Atlantic Department War Cry" - printed leaf with a song to the tune of "Battle Hymn of the Republic" ("Glory Scott has sold an order..."). Carbon typescript on Wells Fargo Express letterhead, with further verses to the tune, lampooning both Wells Fargo and the politics of the time. Scarce Wells, Fargo ephemera from the 1908 conference aimed and increasing company efficiency and agent morale. Among the subjects covered were "Liquor Shipments: For Indian counties or reservations, and prohibition districts"; "Packing Trunks: Delayed, destroyed, stolen and put to wrong uses"; "Loss and Damage: ...Through... various thefts or petty pilfering. Distribution of reward circulars..."
