Wellman was listed at that address from 1855-1858 and elsewhere New York afterwards; he was previously active in South Carolina, ca 1852-1853. Sixth plate scroll Union case containing two sixth plate daguerreotypes, one a young boy and one a young girl, both wearing outfits cut from the same cloth. Condition: All very good, though Calmady Children case has a few small chips and a repair at one hinge.
