Southampton : 1879-80 range (125) with Town Court Fee 6d. to 40s., unused set of twenty-one with both 6s., both 10s. and the no value deep greyish grey stamp, also extra shades of the 1s., 4s. 6d. and 10s. and Waterlow sample sheets of nine (4) in olive-brown with no value expressed; County with Fine or Fee imperf. proofs in brown, sepia, blue (strip of three), yellow-orange and emerald-green, most on card with value tablet blank, the last #1 value handstamped "CANCELLED"; Fine or Fee unused with blue 6d., 1s. (21, including a sheet of twenty), 2s., 2s. 6d., 5s. (2), 7s. 6d. and 10s., green #1 and #2 10s., also Waterlow sample sheets of nine (3) in orange-yellow with no value expressed; a few faults but mostly fine and a very interesting range with some items stated to be from the Ferrary collection.
