.31 caliber, 3" octagonal barrel, S/N 171. In the original marbled paper cardboard box with starred pattern flask, mold, loader and cleaning rod tip. This revolver was sold at Richard A. Bourne Co. Inc. on October 29th 1980, Lot 67. Karl Moldenhauer's numbers are painted on the triggerguard (#302), flask, mold. This revolver has been in two great Remington collections. Provenance: Ex Karl Moldenhauer; Ex Charles Schif Condition: Revolver is very sharp and crisp with traces of blue finish. Flask and mold are excellent. Box has some loose corners; scotch tape on one corner.
