President Calvin Coolidge & 1926 Washington Senators Team Autographed Baseball (US President 1923-29) Toned and clear coated Spalding un-official baseball signed by President Calvin Coolidge in addition to members of the 1926 Washington Senators. Coolidge has signed the sweet spot in black fountain pen rating 6/7 out of 10. The remainder of the baseball displays an additional (30) signatures to include Walter Johnson, Bucky Harris, Nick Altrock, Goose Goslin, Stanley Covaleski and team owner Calvin Griffith. Signatures range from 4 to 8 out of 10 overall. Coolidge signed baseballs are particularly rare due in large part to his passing in 1933, just four years removed from his presidency. The lot also includes a vintage 1924 news service photograph of Coolidge throwing out the first pitch of the 1924 season. 6"x8" with paper i.d. labeling on the reverse.
