Oblong 12mo, contents mounted and folded accordian style on pale green linen back into original decorated green cloth wallet-style case, upper cover with mounted color pictorial label; contents fold-out in panoramic form from first illustration (which is mounted onto the front inner cover flap, as issued), some minor rubbing along folds. FIRST EDITION, second issue (December, 1906), with lining of covers in mottled green paper instead of lavender, and "New York & London" printed on lower cover instead of "London & New York." Linder, p. 426; V & A 1558; not in Quinby.
