Title vignette and 15 color illustrations. 12mo, original light tan paper boards, upper cover with inset circular color pictorial label, color pictorial endpapers (front: Linder 11; rear: pre-date Linder 12), upper cover with a section scraped (slightly affecting border of inset label); bookplate on frontispiece recto. FIRST EDITION IN BOOK FORM, with only six titles listed on the noticeboard on the rear free endpaper. The frontispiece is new, being a larger version of the half-tone illustration which appeared on the mounted "title-page" of the panoramic edition. Also new, is the title-page vignette. Quinby 12A; not in V & A.
