Mickey Mantle Framed Display of Milestone and Important Home Run Tickets Mickey Mantle's 18 year career was laden with epic highlights and personal milestones that made him one of the most glorified figures ever to don a uniform. This framed collection of 43 original full tickets and ticket stubs recalls many of those great moments. At least one ticket from every year that Mantle played for the Yankees (1951-1968) is represented. This colorful array of tickets, both from home games at Yankee Stadium, and in various other venues, include the following important tickets: Mantle's 3rd career home run in 1951; 100th home run; 500th home run; Last home run; Last official "at bat" at Yankee Stadium; Last official "at bat" of his career; Last game in which he was listed on the roster; Only "cycle" game; His 50th and 52nd home runs in 1956 (triple crown year); Two of his longest home runs: 620, 630 feet; His longest home run: 643 feet (the "longest regulation home run of all times"); Mickey Mantle Day ticket from 1965; His first and last World Series home run tickets (1952 and 1964); a ticket from May 30, 1956 game in which Mantle homered off the façade - one of the longest home runs ever hit at Yankee Stadium; and many others. At the center of the display is a sensational 16" by 20" limited edition UDA photograph of Mantle signed by both Mantle and famed photographer Neil Leifer. Accompanying the display is a booklet featuring chronological images and complete descriptions of every ticket. The diligence and resources that must have gone into this assemblage is admirable.
