Nevertheless, I can only half accept...My constant traveling during the past years has made my staying in a hotel almost indispensable. Even in Paris...I stay in a hotel...As soon as I arrive...we will continue and finish at our leisure the fugue of Bach that you cited [illustrated here with two bars of music, the theme of the fugue in question]..."
