Feinst gezeichnet das Gemüse: Saate, Zwiebeln an einem Strang zusammenhängen, Orangen, Zitronen, Wurzelgemüse, all das reiht sich zentral um eine Hermenfigur auf. Um das Stillleben herum die belebenden Figuren eines Schlittschuhfahrenden und zwei Feuer anfachenden Putti. Die Figurenstaffage mag von Gaspar Jacob von Opstal II stammen, welcher auch die Putti besorgte, welche beim RKD unter der Nummer 191199 ein Bild Verbruggens beleben (Auktion Dorotheum, 31.
