Light soiling, small holes along perimeter of board. Some surface wear/nicks in frame. Oil on board, 17.5 x 23.75 in. (sight), framed, 21 x 27.25 in. Attractive view of a large arch erected at the center of a small town, adorned with flags, patriotic banners and bunting as well as renderings of firemen and their equipment.
