Description: British WW1 Mk1 Pattern Combat Helmet Regimentally Marked to the Royal Artillery, fine example of the early rimless pattern Brodie helmet which retains much of its dark overpaint finish. To the front is a painted red badge of the Royal Artillery. Interior retains the original oil skin liner and the brown leather chinstrap, the chinstrap coming away at one end. Remains of the pink Brodie stamp underneath the liner. Good untouched example. Categories: Headdress
