7.7x58mm caliber. 26" barrel length. SN: 2629. Bolt-action rifle with tangent aperture rear and partially hooded front blade sights. Rifle is of early last ditch type with matching serial numbers and chrome lined bore. Blued metal finish with two piece wooden stock. Receiver shows "{Nagoya Arsenal}" and "{Seventh Series}" marks with an obliterated chrysanthemum. Condition: Good. Bore is bright with some residue in grooves. Metal finish shows cycling wear with spotted patina around muzzle and top of receiver. Brown patina to buttplate, triggerguard, barrel band, and endcap. Wood stock shows crack to fore end spanning from bayonet lug to barrel band. Item shows handling wear with some mars. Left side of stock shows permanent marker stain.
