1941-1973, including a Walt Disney World Florida concept book, spiral bound with original color photographs laid down throughout, stamped "March 19, 1968 / Nolan Browning's office," likely produced for potential WDW investors and including a brief history of Disneyland and attendance statistics, with the admission of the first park's one mistake: "we did not control the property surrounding this great tourist magnet." The book goes on to describe how the company has purchased 27,400 acres in central Florida for WDW, and also includes descriptions and models of Phase I (Walt Disney World) as well as mention of Phase II (Epcot). Lot also features financial files relating to the studio and the theme parks, including a 3-ring binder titled "Background Material Disney World Theme Park 1967"; reports on the Ford Motor Company's expenditures at the park; a file on the "33 Club"; accounting files from 1941-1943, including a report of South American theater receipts and a WDP manual of accounting procedures.
