Signed agreement bill, in preparation for casting lots between the partners for the establishment of the "Shevet Achim" neighborhood adjacent to "Zichron Tuvia". Jerusalem, (1891). Thirteen signatures which include: Yosef Rivlin; Yehudah Leib ---; Bechor Raphael Ashkenazi; Avraham Ya'akov ---; Avraham Yitzchak HaLevi; Liber Garfinkel; Getzel Sheinin; Moshe Kantrowitz. The plot of land of the "Shevet Achim" neighborhood was purchased together with the plot of the adjacent neighborhood "Zichron Tuvia" [across the "Sha'arei Tzedek" hospital on Jaffa Street], with the participation of Jews of all sects, and therefore the neighborhood was named Shevet Achim after the verse "Hineh Ma Tov U'Ma Na'im Shevet Achim Gam Yachad". [Founder of the neighborhood, Rabbi Yosef Rivlin would eloquently say that "Shevet Achim" is an acronym of: Shfanionis, Baghdadis, Yemenites, Urfanians, Halabis, Greeks, and Maghrebis].
