I-LXXIV, LXXVII, LXXIX, XC, XCII, XCIV-CX, CXII-CXV, CXVII-CXXXII, CXXXIV-CXXXIX, CLI-CLIV, CLVI [CLV, though misnumbered hereafter] - CLXXVII, CLXXX-CCXVIII, CCXX-CCXXI, CCXXIII-CCXXXVIII, CCXL-CCLXXV, CCLXXXI; CCLXXXII-CCXCV, CCXCVII-CCCVI, CCCVIII-CCCXXXVI, CCCXXXVIII-CCCCXIII, CCCCXXVI-CCCCXXXIII, CCCCXXXIX-CCCCLXVIII, CCCCLXX-CCCCLXXVIII, CCCCLXXX-DXXIII, DXXV-DLII, with loose leaves filling the gaps except for DLIII & DLIV.
