Victoria, based in Nuremberg, made bicycles from 1886 and motorcycles from 1900. Over the following fifty years they made a variety of motorcycles from lightweights to large ohv twins. They were on war work during WW2 and amongst their products for the German forces was a lightweight two-stroke machine, close in specification to the DKW RT125, intended for communication and airfield duties. This interesting sectioned example was bought by the museum for restoration, an educational project which has now been completed to a high standard with good paint and colour highlighting.
