Yeo.), British War and Victory Medals (Major J.D. Young.), extremely fine in card boxes of issue. Major John Douglas Young served during the Great War in the Egyptian Theatre of War with the Buckinghamshire Yeomanry from 21.4.1915, commissioned Captain 15.11.1917, transferred to the Machine Gun Corps and promoted to Major 21.5.1918, Major Young’s father applied for his medals in February 1923 and they were sent to St Felix, Felixstowe.
