This is an incredible identified World War II uniform and equipment grouping. The lot is quite extensive and was all found together with most items in the group containing Lt. Julia Fossler's name. Lot consists of: (A) Exceptional pair of WWII Women's Army Corps herringbone will fatigue pants. The pants have Lt. Fossler's name painted and stamped on the waistband. Spec tag is a bit washed out but still legible. Pants are in excellent condition and show almost no signs of wear. (B) Remarkable pair of Women's Wool Trousers Liner with cutter tags still attached and Lt. Fossler's name stamped several times on the interior. this liner is in unworn condition. (C) US Army wool sweater showing no signs of wear and in excellent condition. (D) Two US Army Nurse's Seersucker overseas dresses. Both dresses are named to Lt. Fossler on the neck area. The dress have some staining, especially around the neck area probably from sweat. Despite the slight tarnishing the dresses are in good condition. (E) Three Women's officer's shits all named to Lt. Fossler. The shirts are wrinkled and show slight tarnishing from age but are otherwise in very good condition. (F) Green wool nurses cape, this piece is not named and shows tarnishing from storage but is in good condition. (G) Three WWII Men's overseas caps, one chocolate and two khaki. Both Khaki caps have sewn on red cross insignia. The chocolate hat is named to Lt. Fossler. All in good condition with slight discoloration from sweat and age. (H) Unnamed WAC overseas cap in good condition with some staining. (I) Two US Army leather purses. Leather is still pliable and interiors have some staining. Very good condition. (J) Fantastic pair of WAC boots with laces. Boots have scuffing from service wear but soles are barely worn. Leather still pliable, there are a very clean example of nurse's boots. (K) US Army Nurse's Blue Uniform consisting of jacket, cape, hat, and tie. jacket is missing all buttons and has Abercrombie & Fitch tag. Uniform is in good condition with some staining, the hat is in perfect condition with very clean spec tag. (L) WWII US Army musette bag and two first aid pouches with gauze pack and mirror. Items show minor service wear and are on good condition. (M) Four US Army wool "jeep caps" and one women's wool hat all in excellent condition with little signs of blemishes.
