One page, 4to, on White House imprinted stationery, integral blank, second leaf neatly inlaid to a larger sheet. Fine condition. PRESIDENT WILSON ON COLLECTING PRESIDENTIAL LETTERS A very rare one-page autograph letter signed as President, on White House stationery, written in Wilson's best hand as a favor for a friend. "My dear Sir, My friend, Mr. Lawrence Priddy, has interested me very much by telling me of your collection of letters and other original, personal material illustrating the history of the United States. May I not congratulate you on your interest in these matters and express the hope that your collection may some day be made available for the inspection of scholars and of the general public?
