Genl Harrison and with a depiction of Harrison's log cabin, marked Log Cabin on the underside, a light black transfer printed plate with a farmer plowing a field in front of a log cabin, marked on underside Columbian Star. / 444 / Octr 28th 1840 / Jn. Ridgway. and impressed John Ridgway and two flint glass Harrison log cabin plates, PLUS a log cabin-shaped glass ink bottle, having a tooled lip and a number of architectural details including doors, windows, and shingles; sugar bowl ht. 6 in., transfer printed plate dia. 7.5 in. Provenance: From the Estate of Kenneth Erwin, Portland, Michigan Condition: Sugar bowl lid missing finial, chips and cracks to lid, rim and foot. Glass plates with chips and a small crack.
