Addressed to John Reily, co-author of the Ohio State Constitution. Harrison writes to Reily asking that he accept a copy of the laws of the United States. He also discusses a Captain Robroray(?). Reverse side franked by Harrison. Condition: Typical folds of the letter with a brittle tear in the center left fold and a small portion of the center right fold. The letter still retains its original wax seal.
