Waterloo. An Account of the Battle of Waterloo, fought on the 18th of June 1815, by the English and Allied Forces, commanded by the Duke of Wellington, and the Prussian Army, under the orders of Prince Blucher, against the Army of France, commanded by Napoleon Bonaparte. By a British Officer on the Staff, with an appendix, containing the British, French, Prussian, and Spanish official details of that memorable engagement, printed for James Ridgway, 1815, folding engraved frontispiece Sketch of the Battle of Waterloo, with hand colouring, marginal closed tear without loss, and one or two marks to edges, some light spotting, bound with A Faithful and Detailed Account of the Last Campaign of Buonaparte, terminated by the Battle of Mount St. John, otherwise called of Waterloo; or, La Belle Alliance, by an Eye-Witness, translated from the third edition of the French. To which is added the Russian General's Account of the Campaign, as also the Austrian detailed account..., printed for John Booth and T. Egerton, 1815, 110 pages, single folding engraved plan of operations in the Netherlands, with some hand colouring, a little spotting, early ownership inscription of Charles R. Franklin dated 1854 to front endpaper, bookplate of Christopher Cole (1770-1836) to front pastedown, and bookplate of Lord Raglan above, contemporary red half morocco gilt, a litlte rubbed and marked, 8vo, together with [Gawler, George]. The Crisis and Close of the Action at Waterloo, by an Eye-Witness, Dublin, Richard Milliken and Son, 1833, 48 pages, including half-title, folding engraved plan at rear, some light spotting (a little heavier to folding plan), original cloth with printed paper label to upper cover, slightly rubbed, slim 8vo, author's presentation copy to Lord Fitzroy Somerset, inscribed 'Lord Fitzroy Somerset from the Author Major Gawler 52 Rt.', and with bookplate of Lord Raglan and Cefntilla Library bookplate to front pastedown, together with Burrell (John Palfrey, editor), Official Bulletins of the Battle of Waterloo in the original languages, with translations into English, 1st edition, Parker, Furnivell and Parker, 1849, [4]+99 pages, some spotting, original red cloth, rubbed and a little soiled, 8vo, author's presentation copy to Lord Raglan, with ink inscription to head of title 'From the Editor to Lieutt Genl.
