Anthony Walton White, of New Brunswick, NJ, obtained a commission as major and aide-de-camp to George Washington in October 1775. He rose to the ranks of Colonel in the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War. Washington appointed him Brigadier General of the cavalry under General Henry Lee during the Whiskey Rebellion. Estimate $4,000-6,000
