Beschreibung:

Waffen-SS, tailor-made EM- (ie. NCO-) pattern M43-type field-cap. The cap is executed in (smooth-styled) field-grey-coloured wool and shows only minimal wear and/or age. The cap shows an EM- (ie. NCO-) pattern eagle and dito (smaller-sized) cap-skull attached (on its front). Both insignia-pieces are executed in greyish-silver-coloured braid on a black-coloured background and are both executed in the so-called: 'BeVo-weave'-pattern. Next to this, does the cap show a woolen SS-type 'Edelweiss'-insignia-piece (period) mounted on its left-side. All three insignia-pieces are mounted by hand and do show some age and minimal staining. The cap is void of any 'front-buttons' but shows a chrome-based 'clip-closure' installed. The caps'-lining is executed in bright-green-coloured linnen-based cloth (and is totally void of any marking or date). It shows, moreover, a leather-based front-installed sweat-band inserted: this piece bears the impressed stamp that reads: 'Qualitäts Marke' and does show some wear and age (but is overall complete and souple). The caps' lining shows a white-coloured, linnen-based etiket sewn-in that bears the name of the bearer: 'Hackl Johann - SS-Nr. 317124'.
