An interesting collection of Italian poetry, all in hexameters except for the eclogues of Pietro Angelio which are in hendecasyllabic meter. The number of eclogues is as follows: Virgil 10, Calphurnius 7, Nemesianus 4, Petrarch 12, Boccaccio 16, Angelio 10, Bargetus 1 and Gaurico 2 (his De sculptura also printed by Filippo Giunta in the same year).
