The Brinley copy with his label (2520) to the rear pastedown (sold for $15 in 1879), stamp to title, loss at head of spine and other wear, some dampstain to endpapers and intermittent ink markings. Evans 20827; Together with three other works of Vermont law from the period including Acts and Laws Passed by the General Assembly ... Session at Windsor ... 1785. Modern cloth, retains printed slip to officers with stitching instructions, 9 pp.; Acts and Laws ... Session at Manchester ... 1788. Stitched, 28 pp., modern case with bookplate of Russell Benedict ; Acts and Laws ... Session at Westminster ... 1789. Half-morocco, 19 pp., And the imperfect Brinley copy of Acts and Laws passed by the General Assembly of the Representatives of the State of Vermont, at their Session at Bennington. Feb. 11, 1779.
