Maclise. 22.5x14.5 cm (8¾x5¾"), rebound by Zaehnsdorf in in full red crushed morocco, ruled and decorated in gilt, raised bands, four sports vignettes tooled in gilt; gilt dentelles, red silk endpapers; top edge gilt. Both included volumes have bookplate of Edward Motley Weld: Apperley, Charles J. "Nimrod". The Chace, The Turf, and The Road. First Edition. 1837. (Rubbing to side of spine and front hinge starting).
