Dampter, comprising George VI Naval General Service medal with one bar "Palestine 1936-1939, 1939-1945 Star, Atlantic Star, Burma Star with bar "Pacific", 1939-1945 War medal and Royal Naval Long Service and Good Conduct medal Note: Frederick Setterfield joined the Royal Navy in 1937, saw service in the Spanish Civil War, and many other conflicts during his twenty eight years in the Navy), the group of medals are accompanied by two small albums of photographs, a diary, certificates and ephemera relating to the two family members
