The smaller one with a compressed pear-shaped body over a tapered foot and set with a straight spout and loop handle each enameled in aubergine, the sides molded and applied with scrolling stems bearing leaves, flowers, and buds, the flora brightly painted in enamels, all below a gilt diaper band at the neck, the domed cover similarly adorned and with a stem-form knop; the larger teapot with a lobed globular body supported on a quadrilobed foot and set with an upright spout and loop handle, each of the broad sides molded and applied with a blossoming rose bush, the stems, leaves, and flowers brightly enameled, all between underglaze-blue diaper bands at the foot and spout, the domed quatrefoil cover similarly decorated and with a leaf-form knop.
