With 2 engr. titles (outside margins of both cut short), 1 map "La ville de Constantinople", 1 fold. pl. "Portraict de l'armée de l'empereur Turc rangée en bataille", 24 Sultan-portraits (19 in vol. I and 5 in vol. II) and 79 full page pl. (inspired by the 16th c. engravings in Nicolay's works) of which 68 depicting fine costumes of Turkish warriors, noble men, a turkish cook as well as local costumes of Malta, Adrianople, Alger etc. and 17 allegorical engr.
