Factory and private photograph compilation in celebration of the first of his three consecutive victories at this North African circuit. The huge African- silver trophy presented by General Balbo is included in this sale. Together with: Tripolis 1935 - 1939 - A large photograph album depicting all the races at this popular circuit attended by Hermann Lang as both chief mechanic for Luigi Fagioli and later as driver and European Champion - concluding his exceptional involvement at this event by winning three years in a row 1937-39. The magnificent trophies, Romano-Etruscan Style African silver vases presented by the Govenor Marshall Balbo are all included in ths sale.
