This expansive set displays variations to the patina and polychrome decoration across the various pieces of the set, indicating it is likely an assembled set. The gilt bronze surfaces throughout all pieces present with some scattered minor surface scratches, abrasions, discolorations, wear to the patina, and surface soiling concentrated to the recessed contours of the design as consistent with age and gentle use. The polychrome decoration is in very well-preserved condition with some very minor losses, particularly concentrated to the outer rims and raised areas. Some areas of the polychrome decoration were possibly enhanced at some point in the history of the work. The clear glass faces for both calendar frames with scattered faint surface scratches as well as small chips to the edges and corners, not visible when inserted in the frames.
