all ninth plates including a 3/4-length seated portrait of a middle aged lady by James P. Weston with Chatham St. address on mat, active as a daguerreian in New York City, 1842-1857. Mounted in brown stylized floral Union case; PLUS portrait of Middle aged gentleman by Charles Rees & Co., active as a daguerrian, Richmond, Va., and New York City, from 1851-59, with Broadway address on mat, mounted in matching case to above, likely husband and wife; AND seated portrait of young lady in satin dress and bonnet, mounted in floral embossed paper covered wood case. Condition: 1st slight solar ring, VG+; 2nd strong solar ring, VG-; 3rd VG.
