Accompanied, as issued, by 10 pp. string-bound pamphlet in original wrappers. Number 122 of 500. Also includes the "Birthday Dinner Edition" of Riley's "Poems Here at Home", 1915. The medal, designed by Lorado Taft "on the commission of one hundred of the poet's admiring fellow townsmen" has a portrait of Riley on the obverse and a scene of Pan playing his pipes atop a rail fence with a farmer and a boy watching, the sun setting in the distance.
