In addition to the constitutions of the 13 original colonies, the constitutions for Vermont, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio are also included. Additionally includes an ordinance for government of the Northwest Territory; various acts concerning the District of Columbia and the City of Washington; the proposal for the 12th Amendment to the Federal Constitution revising the Presidential election procedures; an act to establish a government in the territory of Louisiana.
