Phillips box; 9ct gold Women's A..A.A Northern Counties Championship 800m winner's pin badge (engraved) stamped '375', appr. wt. 9.5gms; 1934 Women's A.A.A. 800m silver pin bage (engraved); A.A.A. lapel badge; small 1934 Women's World Games (London) medallion; 1934 British Empire Games (London) enamelled South African Team badge; all in oak box (8)Provenance: Ida Monica Jones, thence by descent.Notes: Ida Jones was a native of St. Helens, Lancs, and won the silver medal fro Engand in the 880 yeards at the 1934 Empire Games at White City, London. She was also an accomplished High Jumper and a keen Netball player at Liverpool university.
