Houston: National Banner Office, 1838; Laws of the Republic of Texas passed at the First Session of the Third Congress. Houston: Telegraph Power Press, 1839. Laws of the Republic of Texas passed at the Session of the Fourth [...Fifth] Congress. Houston: Telegraph Power Press, 1840-1841; Laws passed by the Sixth Congress of the Republic of Texas. Bar Association stampings, etc., some toning and foxing, several copies with early annotations. Generally the set is in very good condition, but sold as is, not subject to return. An exceptional run of the session laws of all nine Congresses of the Republic of Texas, which had a bicameral legislature (i.e. a House of Representatives and Senate).
