Ten Kabbalistic works printed in Amsterdam, some damaged: 1-2. One volume containing two books: * Sefer Beit Elokim, on the Ma'aseh Merkava, by R. Avraham Hakohen de Herrera. Amsterdam, [1665]. First edition. * Sefer Sha'ar Hashamayim, regarding the Kabbalsitic teachings of the Arizal, by R. Avraham Hakohen de Herrera. Amsterdam, [1655]. First edition. 3. Sefer Safra Detzniuta DeYaakov, Kabbalistic commentary on the Torah, by the Kabbalist R. Yaakov Temerles. Amsterdam, [1669]. Single edition. 4. Sefer Emek Hamelech, by R. Naftali Hertz Bachrach. [Amsterdam, 1648]. Missing title page and 13 leaves. The missing leaves have been replaced with handwritten leaves (ancient Ashkenazi script, ca. 1740s). Three handwritten leaves (from a later period), with the text of the introduction, are bound together with the printed introduction. Several tears, with missing text, repaired with handwriting. Several Kabbalistic glosses, some quite lengthy. Page 91a contains a gloss with the name of the author: "It seems to me, the small Yosef ben Dov Ber…" (evidently the Kabbalist R. Yosef ben Dov Ber, rabbi of Liškiava, Lithuania, author of "Ateret Yosef"). 5. Sefer Shiv'im Tikkunei HaZohar, with commentary "Chemdat Tzvi", by R. Tzvi Hirsch ben Yerachmiel Chotch. [Amsterdam, 1706]. Missing title page and following leaf. The introduction and Kabbalistic principles are bound at the end of the book. 6. Sefer Hamefoar, by R. Shlomo Molcho. Amsterdam, [1709]. Title page and following page are torn, with damage to the bottom margins. 7. Sefer Shomer Emunim, two Kabbalistic debates, with introduction, by R. Yosef Irgas. Amsterdam, [1736]. First edition. Two title pages. Large tears to the first illustrated title page. 8. Sefer Mishnat Chassidim, by R. Emmanuel Chai Riki. Amsterdam, [1740]. 9. Sefer Mishnat Chassidim, with Sefer Yosher Levav, by R. Emmanuel Chai Riki. Amsterdam, [1742]. Separate title page for Sefer Yosher Levav. Signature on the title page: "Yehuda ben Mordechai Finzi". 10. Sefer Hadrat Melech, commentary to the Zohar, by R. Shalom Buzaglo. Amsterdam, [1766]. First edition. Leaves 117-137 of "supplement to the first section" are added at the end of the book. These leaves are not registered in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book. 9 volumes containing 10 books. Size and condition vary.
