In Jack Kamen's "How Green Was My Alley," a sports-loving bigamist's wives kill him and use his eyeballs for golf practice and his head as a bowling ball (it's gruesome, but still not as disturbing as the crazy dinosaurs-bowling-with-human-heads story in Mysterious Adventures #15, published the following month).
