In overall good condition with normal shrinkage, wear, minor surface imperfections and indications of age and use. Seven chairs are tight. One exhibits a very tiny amount of movement at the juncture of the back and rear seat rail. It is nominal, and the chair should be usable for a long time as it is. There is an added strip of mahogany on top of each rear seat rail. They are secured with modern brads, without filler over their heads. Upholstery is in good condition. Seat height: approx. 19-1/2" Seat width: front approx. 20-1/2"; rear approx. 15" Seat depth: approx. 16-3/4"
