The charming illustrations, here by Alexander Chaponnier after Stella, were among the earliest depicting children's games. Brunet, Quérard, Graesse, etc. cite only the 1657 edition, which was never reprinted. No copy of this edition is recorded in NUC and there is no copy in the British Library.
