Lot of 8 ca 1880s-1900s photographs of staff and students of St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota. Specifically: four cabinet cards with the verso stamp of St. John's University / Photographic Studio / Collegeville, Minn., of which one shows a friar, two show a group of four women reading, and one shows a women's choir posed with sheet music and instruments; one cabinet card of a nun, with the recto imprint of St. John's studio, Collegeville, Minnesota; one cabinet card of a young nun, by E.S. Hill of St. Cloud; one CDV of a young friar, by Pepper & Son of St. Paul; and one mounted portrait with the recto blindstamp of T.M. Swem, of a young priest, signed on verso and dated January 9, 1899. Condition: Soiling and edge wear, and cabinet cards slightly yellowed.
