Low arch breech, 3-click tumbler, grooved trigger. Correct Buffington rear sight marked "C," pinned blade front sight, sling bar and ring, trapdoor in butt with 3-piece cleaning rod. A solid example of a M1884 Trapdoor carbine. Condition: Very good. Retains some of the blue with streaky wear and loss on the barrel. Breech block with muted case colors. All markings clear, mechanically functional, fine bore. Stock with numerous bumps, dings and mars.
