Third edition of the complete works of one of the most prominent Spanish poets of the Baroque era, Quevedo (1580-1645), printed in the Low Countries. The two earlier editions were printed in Brussels by François Foppens (1660-1670-1671). Both Foppens and Verdussen editions follow the Inquisition prohibition on the "Sueños" (a satirical prose work). Titles of Verdussen edition (vol. I printed in black and red) are identical to the 1660-Foppens edition, except for the address. The Verdussen edition does not contain "Las tres ultimas Musas".
