Everett Harré discussing the writing efforts of both men and with several mentions of the controversy regarding Cook's claim of reaching the North Pole. Also included are 2 typed letters, signed, from Cook Arctic Club President, Ralph Shainwald-von Ahlefeldt to Harré, including one on club letterhead. A copy of Howard Abramson's 'Hero in Disgrace', which discusses the Cook-Harré relationship on pp 172-176 is also included.
