(Sir Richard) A Chronicle of the Kings of England from the Time of the Romans Government unto the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord King Charles first edition, engraved portrait of Prince Charles by C. van Dalen, engraved architectural title incorporating vignettes of St.Albans, Lincoln, London & York, lacking all after the Catalogue of Writers (Index and errata leaf), portrait and title lightly soiled and creased, portrait defective at lower outer corner not affecting image, a few leaves soiled or browned but generally clean, near contemporary mottled calf, rubbed, spine ends worn, later endpapers, [Wing B501], Daniel Frere, 1643 § [Sparke (Michael)] Truth brought to light: or, The history of the first 14 years of King James I., fine engraved emblematic title and a portrait, initial explanation of emblematic title f., text lightly browned and foxed, contemporary calf, gilt, joints starting, rubbed, [Wing S4818C and A148A], for Richard Baldwin, near the Oxford Arms in Warwick-Lane, 1692, 8vo & folio (2)
