Original Mauchline bindings with enamel boards of uniform tartan, spines in contrasting blue, green and red morocco gilt, gilt edges. Contained in original fitted wood box lined with red plush velvet and with matching tartan veneer labelled 'Scott's Poetical Works', lid with applied bust of Scott in white (slight chipping to corners, scuff marks, bust severely chipped). A BOXED PRESENTATION SET OF MAUCHLINE BINDINGS IN VERY FINE CONDITION. (6)
